The Commodore Hall of Fame of Vanderbilt University Athletic Department will recognize the past athletic and current professional achievements of Commodore athletes. The primary design goal for the addition is to provide a dramatic gateway element into the athletic district of campus that both unifies the exterior of the existing facility and conveys the excitement of Vanderbilt Athletics to possible recruits and fans. Expansions to the current training facilities, the offices of the football team and new meeting rooms for the football team will also be provided. Areas to be renovated will include the football locker rooms, the Academic Center, the women’s sports locker area, the Olympic sports meeting rooms, and various common spaces.
