This condominium project introduces a unique alternative to the existing surrounding loose suburban fabric by promoting outdoor living and community interaction similar to a more urban setting. The development is organized into seven distinct three-story residential buildings that each sit upon a one level parking garage. The density of the design and the underground parking frees the site for greater development of the exterior spaces. A small entry park allows for public activities while groupings of residential courtyards between the buildings provide for more intimate gatherings. Various pedestrian pathways bind these elements together. The residential construction consists of 75 dwelling units ranging from 1,160 square feet to 2,320 square feet.
