GILBERT | McLAUGHLIN | CASELLA Architects is a Professional Limited Liability Company established by Steve Gilbert and Kent McLaughlin. Jeff Casella, who became the firm’s first employee in 1996, has joined Steve and Kent as the third principal in 2006. All embrace and pursue a common goal to provide the highest level of quality for all aspects of design and client service.

The three principals are dedicated to on–going personal involvement in the processes required to create and construct Architecture. Their vast experience in all phases of Architectural design, including master planning and programming, provide a consistency required for creative, comprehensive, and economically rewarding sustainable solutions to be realized.

The project experience of the principals’ covers a wide variety of building types which include university facilities, elementary and secondary educational facilities, single and multi-family residential structures, religious facilities, athletic facilities, restaurant, and retail venues as well as mixed use buildings.
