Encompassing 10,500 (net) square feet, the community center consists of a fellowship hall, pre-function and support facilities. The large fellowship hall allows for dining, musical or speaking events, and athletic competition. The campus is located in an urban neighborhood. The design of the street edges and the exterior spaces surrounding and between the structures is considered to be of utmost importance from a land use and aesthetic perspective. The space directly surrounding the community center has been divided into a series of exterior spaces which are referred to as the history courtyard, the community courtyard and the entry courtyard. In addition, new playgrounds, parking, and site vehicular access were designed to seamlessly fit into the site.
