Designing two floors in the existing office building for this fast paced, non-hyarchial work environment presented several opportunities. Circulation and organization of work areas were arranged to allow for maximum flexibility. A new entry reception area and adjacent conference room help to establish an identity for the space. The new lounge area allows for the needed social interaction at a business level along with more informal gatherings. Office areas remain spacially defined yet highly adjustable.
