Lane Motor Museum is an automobile museum specializing in antique, European cars. A large, 92,000 square foot factory space, previously occupied by Sunbeam Bakery was selected to house this collection of approximately 150 unique cars. The commission included a complete renovation of the administrative area, the incorporation of a new gift shop, lobby, a research library, a meeting room for approximately 50 people, covered parking area and the renovation of the main factory area into display space. Extensive renovation work was necessary to upgrade the mechanical and electrical systems and to address life safety and code issues.
