This nine level condominium project, located in Nashville, TN, consists of thirty-six units encompassing over 100,000 square feet. The site borders the west side of Centennial Park. In keeping with the present design guidelines, the site has been maximized to create a pedestrian friendly environment and provide a dense urban character for the core area of this district. The street level spaces along 30th Avenue will house retail/commercial space to provide compatible uses for the neighborhood area. The building’s design breaks down the inherent mass of a project of this size with the use of outdoor terraces partnered with transitions in the façade material to create an appropriate urban character for this district.
