Located along the banks of the Tallapoosa River in Tallassee, Alabama, this Master Plan for restoration of the historic Tallassee Cotton Mill complex proposes to convert the three main mill structures into mixed use facilities with condominiums occupying most of the available 450,000 square feet. New construction of approximately 150,000 square feet of the project entails small and large live work units, along with new town homes which will surround one of the many green spaces proposed for the complex. An open air market, pool complex, English pub, community gathering facility, walking trails and overlook pavilions, will all work in harmony to create an economically viable community.
